Our Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from olives collected at the very beginning of October from traditional koroneiki variety of Crete. Early Harvest Olive Oil features bitter and spicy flavor, low acidity and it is very rich in polyphenols. Scientifically it is considered to exhibit high levels of concentration in oleocanthal and oleacin bioactive compounds. Its production is limited and bottles are individually numbered.
